Project 1: TSA Enterprise Modernization &
Mission Readiness Program ·
Context: TSA needed
stronger alignment between communication strategies, IT modernization, and mission
operations to support post-9/11 vigilance, readiness, and workforce
effectiveness. ·
My input: Led multiple strategic communications programs and modernization
of digital workflows and system architecture at TSA headquarters. Implemented
project management plans, communication plans, channels, and processes that
enable effective, two-way engagement between leadership and agency personnel.
I conducted systems and process analyses, developed custom solutions for cross-functional
teams that strengthened risk mitigation, and improved transparency through
tailored reporting and executive communication. ·
Impact: My solutions advanced
TSA’s modernization agenda, improved development velocity and operational
readiness, strengthened governance, and increased mission-aligned adoption
across secure environments. I built trust with TSA senior leadership and
ensured communications on technology decisions, AI, and other initiatives directly
supported mission outcomes. Project 2: SSA Enterprise Workflow Optimization
& Digital Service Transformation ·
Context: SSA faced
operational bottlenecks, data challenges, and outdated workflows impacting
claims processing, transparency, public trust, and service efficiency across
100+ offices. ·
My input: Led
enterprise-wide IT and business transformation by redesigning claims
workflows, eliminating redundant manual steps, and building AI-enabled,
scalable process improvements. I created data dashboards for call center
performance and claims backlog, defined product roadmaps, managed backlogs,
and led GAT/UAT testing to validate new digital services. I delivered
standardized SOPs, training content, and KPI frameworks to enhance workforce
readiness and decision-making. I developed communications strategies and
products to enhance internal and external messaging. ·
Impact: Reduced processing times across critical workflows, improved
data-driven decision-making, strengthened compliance and security, enabled
higher accuracy in digital self-service applications, brough clarity on team reporting
and responsibilities, and delivered clear and effective communications
products to leadership. My work drove transparency, reduced rework, and
improved service delivery for millions of SSA beneficiaries. Project 3: VA VHA Knowledge Management &
Enterprise Digital Transformation ·
Context: The Veterans
Health Administration struggled with fragmented knowledge systems,
inconsistent workflows, legacy processes, and low user adoption across its
enterprise environment. ·
My Input: Led VHA’s enterprise transformation effort as Product Owner and
Program Manager—defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements for a
modern knowledge management and enterprise business system. I gathered and
prioritized requirements, built the product backlog, planned and executed
UAT/GAT, and led change management and communication efforts across the
organization. I collaborated with federal stakeholders, SMEs, and
cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and compliance. ·
Impact: Delivered a
modernized enterprise solution that improved workflow consistency, enhanced
knowledge-sharing, strengthened compliance, and reduced operational friction
across VHA. My deliverables and leadership enabled seamless rollout,
increased user adoption, and created a scalable foundation for future digital
transformation efforts. |
